At Black Hill Public School, we offer a variety of programs in the classroom and across the school to help students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.

Debating and public speaking
PUBLIC SPEAKING 2026
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Creative and performing arts
FINDING NEMO MUSICAL 2025
Our talented students were involved in an amazing musical production Finding Nemo which was run by our P&C.
Creative and performing arts
HARMONY DAY 2026
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Trips and excursions
ZOOSNOOZ 2026
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world. Our Y3-4 students stayed at Taronga Zoo and visited Sydney Aquarium earlier this year.
